Today I’ve been reading the posts from several of the groups I belong to and there has been a tremendous discussion taking place about the difference between hot romance, romantica, and erotica. The gist of the discussion is how the lines have blurred.
I couldn’t agree more…BUT that’s a good thing. The more the lines blur the bigger our variety of reading material will get.
I’m all for more books.
I think the thing that will have to change will be the ratings systems. People will simply want to know what it is they’re buying. But just like opinions are like a**holes, everyone will have a different thought about how this should be done.
Long exhale here…back to the drawing board.
