Today is Allie’s birthday. She’s probably not as excited as she should be, but hopefully as the day goes on that’ll change.
Birthdays are meant to be celebrated. It’s a day to take stock in your life, look back and see how far you’ve traveled. It’s also a day to figure out what direction you want to head in. If you’re lucky, you get to spend it with family surrounding you. If you happen to be alone that doesn’t make it any less important. So if today is your birthday take the time to celebrate, because the alternative sucks.
