You know I used to be a sky goddess. For fourteen years I lived in the air. I learned so much about human behavior, including a lot about my take on life. The funny thing is when you step away from a lifestyle or the life you’ve known you actually begin to believe nothing is similiar. That’s where I made a mistake.
I assumed upon leaving the airline I would never have to deal with unions or contracts ever again. For this I was extremely grateful. The relief was short lived.
No matter how far removed you think you are from a situation, life has a way of bringing it back around. I only hope that I can handle this round of negotiations better than I handled the first round.
