I currently have a whopper head cold. Have no idea who I caught it from, but thank you anonymous donor for sharing. (bastard) The carpet cleaners are coming today, so I guess I get to share my cold with them. They’ll love me come Saturday.
Because my head is full of cold, I don’t have much to say. I hope everyone is having a productive writing week. I plan to live vicariously through you all. I’ll get back to you once I return to the land of the living.

Actually made excellent writing progress today. Wish the carpet guys were coming here. We have a new puppy…need I say more? Feel better soon, Jordan.
by CJ June 1st, 2005 at 10:34 amCJ, I see lots of spots in your future.
by Jordan June 1st, 2005 at 10:41 amI’ve had the sinus infection from hell for two weeks now … I hope you recover sooner than I have!
by Jill June 1st, 2005 at 11:11 amI feel for you, girl. I started getting sick on Friday night with a sore throat, which got really bad on Saturday, then turned into a wicked head cold on Sunday, and I’m still sick!! *HUGZ*
by Trace June 1st, 2005 at 12:48 pmJill, My sinus infections used to last FOREVER. It didn’t help that I worked on a plane. Good luck shaking that bad dog.
Trace, Hugs right back at you. We can all be miserable together. (Mine started the same way.)
by Jordan June 1st, 2005 at 3:44 pmI’m happy to report I’m not ill but we did pass our dance tests yesterday! Thanks for the well wishes Jordan. *hugs* We’ll be in our qualifying dances on Sunday and then in August the Showcase competition. Good luck with everyone’s writing this week, mine will be writing a few entrance essays.
by Shannon June 1st, 2005 at 4:07 pmHope you’re resting up, drinking lots of fluids and getting well! You won’t get any vicarious thrills from my week, I’m afraid. I’m getting mine from books. ; )
by Charlene June 1st, 2005 at 7:22 pmAre these the same cleaners who didn’t show up one day? If so, don’t feel too bad. (oh, that’s mean, huh? *evil laughter*)
by Sylvia Day June 1st, 2005 at 8:22 pmFeel better soon, Jordan. As far as those carpet cleaners…hey, what fun is a head cold if you can’t share it?
by Lynn June 1st, 2005 at 9:57 pmHope you feel better soon, Jordan!
Take good care of yourself…
Love
Wendy
by Wendywoo June 2nd, 2005 at 3:06 amHi Jordon!I hope you get to feeling better soon! I love reading your blog every morning.Karen Kelley
by Karen Kelley June 2nd, 2005 at 6:29 amCongrats Shannon!
Charlene, You’ll have to tell us what books you’re reading and give us mini-reviews.;-)
Sylvia, These were a different set of cleaners. They showed up on time and ready to work. (wg)
Lynn, You and Sylvia are mean. LOL!
Thank you, Wendy!
Karen, What a nice surprise. I didn’t know you dropped by.
I’m doing my best to get well. I actually think it’s starting to break up. (It may be wishful thinking, but I don’t care.) I SAY it’s breaking up. LOL! I appreciate all the well-wishes. I am indeed getting enough fluids in…well, more than I usually do anyhow. Plenty of tea drinking taking place here. I’ll be back to my usual ornery self soon.
