Our water has been off all day. Something about a broken pipe. It’s now back on, so I’m off to have the shower I’ve been waiting for…since I left the gym at 11:30 this morning and to remove the stones from my toilet tank. Don’t ask. And how was your day? *ggg*

Here’s to a long hot shower!
by Danica January 12th, 2006 at 1:05 amGlad your water is back on, Jordan. I suspect I’ll be losing water and power today, myself. We have a wind and thunderstorm coming through.
by Cathryn Fox January 12th, 2006 at 4:44 amOh I hate that - we live in an older neighborhood (between 50 and 60 years old) and the pipes have started doing that in the last 10 years or so. And I won’t ask about the stones *g*
by Eve January 12th, 2006 at 7:19 amI’m a day late, but sorry to hear about your water! That sucks!
by Tina Gerow January 12th, 2006 at 8:18 amThanks Danica! It certainly felt good.
by Jordan January 12th, 2006 at 10:25 amCathryn, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it doesn’t happen.
by Jordan January 12th, 2006 at 10:26 amEve, This place is relatively new, so I’m not sure why the problems. It’s funny as I was trying to work ‘around’ not having water yesterday I realized that when I lived on a farm it used to be much easier to improvise. Strange that, since we had no amenities.
by Jordan January 12th, 2006 at 10:31 amThanks Tina! It’s spitty, but back on.
