We received news that our brother and sister-in-law are coming for a visit. They should arrive sometime this evening. We haven’t seen them since 2004, so it’ll be nice to catch up.
Brother-in-law works in the movies. He directs and does special effects. If you think the publishing business is tricky, you should hear what someone in the movie industry has to put up with. :-O

I don’t wonder about this. In the movie industry, the money and egos are a lot bigger than in the publishing industry.

by Eve January 30th, 2006 at 8:33 pmYep Gabriele! And the business is more cutthroat.
by Jordan January 30th, 2006 at 8:42 pmThanks Tina!!!
by Jordan January 30th, 2006 at 8:42 pmLOL Eve! I don’t think so, but I’ll ask.
by Jordan January 30th, 2006 at 8:43 pmYeah, the movie business I imagine is a lot more heart-breaking than publishing. I know when I was writing screenplays and trying to get produced…I had my heart broken and stomped on so many times, I had to stop writing all togehter. Then I starting writing erotic/romance novels. But my heart is still set on one day getting a script produced, and one day maybe even directing.
