I spent the afternoon cleaning the house so that it would be ready for my brother and sister-in-law’s arrival. I think I’m finally done. It’s been a little crazy, trying to keep up with the errand-like tasks, but I’ve managed.
I noticed a lot of the authors are taking a break from their blogs. Wish I could too, but since I’m not getting much work done due to my social calendar there doesn’t seem to be a point. That WILL change next month. No really, I mean it.
I did want to send congratulations out to Lisa Renee Jones. She finally sold her Blaze to Harlequin. Congrats Lisa! You’ve truly earned this one the hard way. ![]()

She sold to Blaze and Nocturne? Woohooo! Congrats on the clean house. : ) I’m working my way through this month’s to dos, but not having much of a social life.

This will pretty much take care of my social life for a year. *ggg*
by Jordan October 13th, 2006 at 6:32 pmMy blogging flat out sucks lately LOL I have some great blog ideas but no time to sit and actually write them.
by Cece October 14th, 2006 at 7:03 amCece, I don’t even have good ideas at this point. LOL!
by Jordan Summers October 14th, 2006 at 11:11 amThank you so much Jordan!
Blaze has been pending a long time so it was a big scream moment! And I did sell to Nocturne but Blaze literally had been a good year in the making. More actually. It was like having chocolate held just out of reach and I finally got a big bite lol.
And Jordan I LOVE your blog. There is something about the way you share your insights both personal and professional. I always stop by even if I don’t comment. I wanted to have that full course dinner experience you did after reading yours!

by Cathryn Fox October 15th, 2006 at 6:04 amI was privileged enough to read the opening of her story and it’s fantastic. I can’t wait to see it on the shelves!
Cathryn, If it’s anywhere near as good as her Underground Guardian series, it’s going to rock.
