Rebecca Gable, Das Spiel der Knige (last in a trilogy about the War of the Roses)
Bernard Cornwell, Sword Song (another Uhtred book - gotta love Saxons, Vikings and battles)
A non fiction book about Late Antiquity from the Wissenschaftliche Buchgesellschaft - I already have their series about the Middle Ages (4 books) and this will complete it nicely.
