Yep, got the call today that my copy-edits for my Blaze, OFF LIMITS have been mailed out and I should receive them tomorrow. My guess is that the copy-edits for my Tor book, RED won’t be far behind. I’m not complaining. I just find it very difficult to switch gears once I’ve started a project. At least CE’s are something that I can get done fairly quickly.(Knock on wood.)
For those of you who haven’t heard, Harlequin is merging it’s Everlasting line with it’s Superromance line. There will no longer be an Everlasting line. (That was quick.) Also, the NEXT line is shutting down. Rumor has it they may start up again as trade size books, but that hasn’t been confirmed. Cha-cha-cha-changes happening all around.
Today I plan to read through what I wrote yesterday. I know that doesn’t exactly follow the FAST DRAFT plan, but I’d really like this opening chapter to pop. I have a LOT of info to convey in this second book of the series and I’m trying very hard not to info-dump, while still catching the reader up who hasn’t picked up the first book in the series. (Those whimpers you hear are the silent tears that I’m shedding. *ggg*) Hi, Ho, Hi, Ho, it’s off to…well you know the rest. Later gators.

Jordan, when’s your Blaze coming out? It would be fun if we’re in the same month. I just got my CEs, and mine is coming out in May.
