Howard Keel was in one called, 'Kiss Me Kate'. Such a terrific movie. The gangsters are hilarious in that film. Shoot, I also forgot to add White Christmas to my list above. It's one of my all time favorite films. Knew I'd forget one. Yes, The Last of the Mohicans was a terrific flick. At least it had a HEA ending, and all of Shakespeare's superlative lines recited as he wrote them. Your Mom's right, 'Secondhand Lions' is one of the funniest and yet touching movies around. It was a great romantic comedy. I wanted to see Secondhand Lions and never got around to it. My mom said it was great. I tend to avoid 'tragic' love stories. I've seen that version of Romeo and Juliet. We had field trip to the theater to see it in high school. Nudity+mixed company+freshman year of high school=Major embarrassment. *g* Plus, I never forgave the author (wg) for killing them off in the end. ;) Bernard, I love Sweet Home Alabama.
