Bernard, I don’t think you have to go to the ‘hotspots’ to find the paps anymore. They seem to follow ALL the celebrities these days. It’s really rather odd. I think it would be harder avoiding people who’d wave the issues under your nose given the amount of people who tend to be in celebrity lives. :/

Lea, I agree, particularly in the situation with Ryan Reynold. I don’t think he’ll be a quickly fixture in the tabloids.

If they concentrated on their work, and stayed away from ‘Planet Hollywood’, it would hurt less. Avoiding friends who wave every new issue of the National Enquirer in their face is also a must.

Hmmmmm, well given the situation with respect to celebrity media I think I would choose the first option and “lie low”. The types of things that get splattered all over the supermarket and gossip tabloids tend to get forgotten very quickly and the media moves on to the next ‘celebrity’ story.

Vanessa, Actually, I don’t know if she’s pregnant. If she is, then I’m sure she is over it. I know she wrote about Ryan on her latest album. But yeah, I think it would be weird to be engaged for so long, then have it broken off, only to see the guy marry the girl he’d been engaged to for less time.

Isn’t Alanis 6 months preggers (with her new dude’s baby)? So, hopefully, she’s over Ryan. But I did think that it sucked they’d been engaged for 2-3 yrs, yet he married Scarlett after a year of dating.

If i wasn’t over the guy, yeah, it it would make life pretty miserable.
