Off To The Movies

Today we’re off to see Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist. Hopefully it’ll be entertaining. Monday, I’ll announce two more winners of the RED ARC contest, so stay tuned. :) What’s everyone up to this weekend? Anything fun? My plans consist of going to the movies, watching my new Iron Man DVD and exercising. Yes, we live on the edge here. *ggg*

  1. Enjoy the movie and DVD Jordan!

I’m dog walking, blog lurking and avoiding housework this weekend. Yes we too live on the edge.

    Have a great weekend.

  3. That’s weird, my post, posted twice?

    Oops – sorry.

  4. Jordan~

You will have to let us know how the movie was…I am really wanting to see this and plan on checking it out at some point during the weekend.

    I loved Iron Man!

    Other than that…no real plans.

  5. Lea, Your weekend sounds as exciting as ours. *ggg* The movie was cute. I’d say it’s more a rental than a theater view. The secondary characters were fantastic.

  6. Lori, Like I told Lea, the movie was cute. It wasn’t as smart as Juno, which is what I was hoping for. I LOVED the secondary characters. Particularly the guys in the band. The pacing was a little slow. I think I expected it to be a little faster–not too fast, but faster. It’s worth a watch. :)

Yes, Iron Man rocked! Loved it.

  7. Glad to hear you enjoyed it!

I plan on catching on my reading and studying, exciting I know.

  8. Wendy, Yep, it was cute.

Well, I suppose someone has to do it. *g*

  9. I’m really curious about how entertained you’ll be with Nick and Nora. :)

  10. Bernard, I actually tend to be quite entertained by movies like that IF they’re smart. I don’t mind that they’re geared for teens/early twenties. Nick and Norah was smarter than the usual teen thing, but still had pacing issues and wasn’t nearly as good as Juno.

  11. I did see it this weekend and I did like it. I, also, read the book which I liked quite a lot.

  12. Lori, I have a question for you. Did it follow the book?
