CAN’T SEEM TO BREAK THE RE-READING KICK

I must be in a ‘MOOD’ when it comes to reading lately. For some reason over the last week, I haven’t been able to pick up any of the new books I’ve purchased. (Please don’t tell my DH. Shh!) Instead, I find myself reaching for old favorites. In the past week or so, I’ve re-read the Belong to the Night anthology, Midnight’s Master by Cynthia Eden (a favorite), and the Everlasting Bad Boys anthology. I’m currently re-reading Marked by the Vampire by Cynthia Eden. I’ve read it twice already and liked it so much that I bought it in paperback to keep along with my well-used e-copy. I’ll probably read Unchained by J. Lynn when I get finished–even though I’ve read it three times or maybe Burn For Me by Cynthia Eden (one of my all time favorite books of hers), which I’ve only read twice. Snerk! Anyone else in a reading rut?

  1. I’ve been reading stuff I didn’t get around to for a long time and really enjoyed; The Name of the Wind (Rothfuss), The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents (Pratchett). There was a new Patricia Briggs book in the Alpha/Omega series I loved. And so on. : ) So I’m kind of in a happy reading new stuff groove.
